Scan Clean up for NHS surgery planning
3D scanned tracheostomy tubes & cleanup, Converted CT scan to 3D model & clean up, Simulator made in foam and 3D print/3D printed mould as a copy of the patient including air way for surgery planning. A mock surgery was carried out on the simulator by an ENT surgeon.
3D scan of patient, operating table, C arm Xray and off the shelf cusions to make a digital theater for surgery planning. CT data converted into 3D models. Custom cusion designed for surgery supporting the hips, yet avoiding the transplant area to reduce pressure risk. 3D mould designed and printed, Silicone and foam ran all by me.
