Techniques included Zbrush modelling and design work from a headcast scanned in using photogrammetry. My own leatherwork pattern was created using the 3Dmodel in Clo3d and edited using Adobe Illustrator. A mixture of leather stamps and 3D printed stamps were used for the decoration along with tooling. The wings are also removable and the masks interchangeable using magnets. The chainmail is my own design using a Prusa i3mk2s and the masks and chainmail were printed using 3djakeofficial bronze PLA. The masks were sanded and painted to a antique gold colour to match the leatherwork. The wings were 3D printed and coated in Smoothon XTC3D from which were then moulded and cast.
